Objective: Create more training opportunities for immigrants
3.1 Develop bridge-to-employment programs and fast-tracking and coop programs for immigrants 3.2 Promote and develop understanding of international credentials and recognition of pre-Canada work experience What You Can Do to Get Involved! The PPCII is looking to start projects in the 2011/2012 year that address these action items. Funding Opportunity: The Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration has released the 2011-2012 Invitation for Proposals (IFP) for Bridge Training Projects that improve access to occupational certification/registration and/or employment for internationally trained individuals.If your organization is interested in pursuing this funding opportunity, the PPCII is excited to partner with you in this initiative.
